About Indoor Air Quality Inspection

An indoor air quality inspection replaces the guess with measurements: particulate levels, VOC concentrations, mold spore counts, humidity, and how those numbers compare to outdoor baseline and to typical indoor ranges.
We sample the living space and the HVAC system, run a camera survey of the ductwork, check humidity and temperature conditions, and send samples for lab analysis where the situation calls for it. The result is a written report you can act on — including the cases where the answer is that your air is fine and the problem is somewhere else.
