Residential Air Duct Cleaning
Whole-home duct cleaning that removes dust, allergens, and pet dander for cleaner, healthier air.

About Residential Air Duct Cleaning
Your home's duct system moves the same air through your living space thousands of times a year. Every cycle carries whatever has settled inside it — construction dust, drywall powder, pet dander, skin cells, pollen, insulation fibers, and the fine grit that slips past a cheap filter. Over the years that material builds into a layer coating the inside of the trunk lines, branch runs, boots, and registers. You do not see it because it lives behind the grilles, but you breathe it every time the system turns on.
Our residential air duct cleaning is a whole-system service, not a vent vacuuming. We connect a high-powered HEPA-filtered vacuum to the main trunk to put the entire duct network under negative pressure, then work run by run with rotary brushes and agitated air tools so the debris has only one place to go — out of your house and into the sealed collection unit. Supply runs, return runs, the plenum, boots, and every register are covered.
Most single-system homes are handled under our flagship $179 package, which includes unlimited supply vents, negative-pressure extraction, furnace, AC and return inspections, and a dryer vent cleaning. Larger homes and homes with more than one air handler are quoted before we start, never after. There is no payment today — you pay our technician at your doorstep once the work is finished and you have seen the before-and-after photos.
Homes with pets, allergy or asthma sufferers, recent renovation work, or a system that has never been cleaned see the biggest change. Dust settles more slowly on furniture, the musty smell when the system kicks on fades, and airflow at the far registers improves because the runs are no longer partially restricted.

How the appointment works
- 1Inspection & walkthrough
We arrive in the 9am–6pm window, protect your floors and furnishings, then inspect your registers, returns, and main trunk lines with an HD camera and show you what we find before any work starts.
- 2Containment & setup
Negative pressure is established with a truck-mounted or portable HEPA vacuum so debris travels out of the building, not into your rooms.
- 3Agitation & extraction
Rotary brushes, air whips, and compressed-air tools break loose the bonded dust and buildup while the vacuum pulls everything out under continuous suction.
- 4Verification & report
We re-inspect on camera, take after photos, walk you through the results, and only then do you pay the technician at your doorstep.
